Andes Expedition Institute
The summit begins60 days beforethe expedition.
Elite mountain expeditions in the Argentine Andes, with complete physical preparation included.
We don't sell tours.
We prepare people for mountains.
Why we're different
A guide is the smaller
part of what we do

Not just a guide
We take responsibility for the whole path to the summit, not just the days on the route.
Complete preparation
8–10 weeks of training, monitoring, and progress reviews before you ever see the mountain.
Small groups
Up to 8 people per group — small enough for the coach and guide to know every participant personally.
Professional coach
A personal strength-and-endurance coach guides you through the whole cycle.
Licensed mountain guide
On the route, a guide with an official license and experience climbing this specific peak.
Health monitoring
Heart rate, recovery, and wellbeing are tracked throughout the entire preparation.
Personal training
The plan is built around your current level, not pulled from a generic template.
Maximum safety
The decision to allow you on the mountain is based on data, not on the desire to sell a tour.

Testimonials
What climbers
say afterward
«Eight weeks of training, and at altitude I felt more confident than I expected. The guide knew the route by heart, and the coach stayed in touch the whole way.»
«I worried I wouldn't be fit enough. The personal plan and weekly check-ins took most of that anxiety away before I even flew out.»
«The small group mattered. The guide actually knew how each of us was handling the altitude, not just leading a crowd.»
